NEXT STEPS

A Planning proposal changes the planning controls only – it does not give any approval for building . To deliver change on the ground, development applications for built form and landscaping will  need to be submitted, and community feedback will be sought by the Council at the appropriate stage It is expected that, if the planning proposal is approved, the process to develop a development application will occur towards the end of 2025.
